· MCC132-14IO1B supports an off-state voltage of 1400V and an on-state average current (It(AV)) of 130A. It can handle high-power loads and is suitable for industrial scenarios that require high voltage and high current.

3 Flexible trigger control features：

· The gate trigger voltage (Vgt) of MCC132-14IO1B is up to 2.5V and the gate trigger current (Igt) is up to 150mA. The trigger sensitivity is high and it is easy to accurately control.In addition, its holding current (Ih) is up to 200mA, which ensures stable conduction and reduces the risk of false triggering.
