· At a temperature of 25℃ and Duty=50%, the continuous leakage current ID is 85A and the maximum leakage current IDM is 170A.

2 On-resistance：

· When the gate-source voltage VGS is 10V and the continuous leakage current ID is 40A, the typical value of the drain-source on-state resistance rDS (on) is only 75mW, and the maximum value is only 85mW. The on-resistance is very small, which reduces the conduction loss and saves energy.

3 Drain-source breakdown voltage：

· The drain-source breakdown voltage of the PD10M440H module is 450~500V

4 Environmental adaptability：

· The total power consumption is 730W, the isolation voltage Viso is 2000V, the operating junction temperature range Tjw is -40~+150℃, and the storage temperature range is -40~+125℃, which can meet the ambient temperature of industrial needs.
