The HT15X15-D01 is a 15.0-inch a-Si TFT-LCD module manufactured by BOE Hydis, now discontinued . It delivers XGA (1024x768) resolution via a 1-channel LVDS (8-bit) interface with a 4:3 aspect ratio . Key specifications include high brightness of 400 cd/m², 500:1 contrast ratio, and TN viewing angles of 65/65/45/65 (L/R/U/D) . The module uses four CCFL backlights with 35K hours typical life, supports 16.2M colors, and features a matte anti-glare surface with hard coating (3H) . Response time is 25 ms (Typ.), and operating temperature ranges from 0°C to 50°C . This model was designed for monitor applications .
